Emphasizing leadership, communication, and adult learning theory, it focuses on developing instructional and evaluation strategies that promote competency-based learning, professional ethics, and patient-centered care in inclusive clinical environments. Learners will design measurable objectives, apply assessment tools, and provide feedback aligned with ARRT, ASRT, and JRCERT standards while exploring cultural humility, legal and ethical supervision, conflict resolution, and reflective practice to strengthen their identity as leaders in clinical education.
