    This course introduces students to California labor laws specific to healthcare professionals, with a focus on work agreements, wage and hour regulations, paid sick leave, and overtime. Students will also explore core human resource and employee relations issues encountered by radiology managers. Through case studies, state law references, and real-world applications, students will be prepared to navigate legal and HR responsibilities in healthcare leadership roles within the imaging department.
