    This course provides an in-depth study of the administrative, financial, and operational responsibilities involved in managing a radiology department. Students will learn to analyze productivity metrics, interpret and prepare departmental budgets, and evaluate financial statements to support effective decision-making. Emphasis is placed on resource allocation, staffing models, inventory control, capital equipment planning, and regulatory compliance. The course also introduces tools for strategic planning, cost-benefit analysis, and performance improvement initiatives.
