    This advanced course provides an in-depth study of leadership theories, styles, and strategies as they apply to the complex and evolving field of medical imaging. Students will critically examine the impact of leadership on departmental culture, staff performance, regulatory compliance, and patient outcomes in diverse healthcare settings.
