- This course explores the legal relationship between employer and employee. Emphasis is placed on basic understanding of employment-related laws, and federal and state regulatory environment. Subjects covered include pre-employment concerns, legal aspects of the employer/employee relationship, discrimination issues and actions, terminations, and ethical issues in employment law. (A, CSU)
