- This course serves as an introduction to basic concepts of administrative law and workers’ compensation law. Emphasis is placed on agency rulemaking, agency investigations, agency adjudications, judicial review, compensable injuries, temporary disability, permanent disability, and Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board proceedings.
