Transfers ToCSUDescriptionIn this course, students explore chromatic harmony and more advanced formal structures. In-depth topics include modal mixture, Neapolitan and augmented sixth chords, and advanced modulation techniques. Students will analyze and compose music that demonstrates an understanding of these harmonic resources, while continuing to refine part writing and voice-leading skills.
