- Students will learn the basics of providing core library services to the public, including readers' advisory, interlibrary loans, and the circulation of materials. Emphasis will be placed on anticipating cultural and individual differences within user populations and delivering library services in ways that respectfully acknowledge and accommodate such diversity.
