    Description
    This course is a survey of world regional geography. Emphasis is placed on cultural, economic, political, and physical characteristics of regions, and the influence of geography on population patterns, use of natural resources, and geopolitical relationships amongst countries. This course covers all the following regions: Europe, Russia and the Post-Soviet region, Sub-Saharan Africa, North Africa and Southwest Asia, South Asia, Southeast Asia, East Asia, North America, the Caribbean, Latin America, Australia and Oceania.
