    Description
    Designed to prepare personnel in the fire, life safety, and related fields to render pre-hospital basic life support including, but not limited to, advanced first aid and cardiopulmonary life support for the ill or injured at the scene of an emergency in preparation for transport in accordance with policies and procedures established by National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians, California Emergency Services Authority, and the Emergency Medical Services of the Fresno County Health Department. Minimum of twenty-four field internship hours arranged. (A)
