- This course provides a focused study on the careers of selected film directors, and examines their body of work in artistic, social, historical, industrial, and influential terms. Examines recurring genres, themes, motifs, ideologies, techniques, and aesthetic choices that define various directors' signature visual and narrative styles. (A, CSU, UC, Cal-GETC)
