This course examines contemporary societal and professional concerns and their impact on dental business practice management. Emphasis will be on principles of practice management planning, strategy and leadership, legal and ethical issues affecting businesses in the healthcare sector, financial statements, and personnel professional considerations. Professionalism, mid-level practitioners, technology, and skill sets of the future dental professional are emphasized.
