- This course provides knowledge of methods of medical and dental emergency prevention and management in the dental office. Emphasis is on recognition of clinical manifestations, management, and prevention of common medical emergencies in the dental setting. The drugs and equipment utilized in the management of medical emergencies will be taught and CPR certification will be reviewed. (CSU)
