    This course teaches beginning experiences in the dental hygiene process of care for treatment of pediatric, adolescent and adult patients; various clinical procedures including scaling and polishing techniques; oral inspection, dental and periodontal charting, principles of powered instrumentation, radiographic techniques, biofilm control instructions, and application of preventive agents.
