    Prerequisite: CONS 22 and CONS 24. (Formerly BSCA 14 and CONS 14) (A, CSU) ~This course prepares students for International Code Council (I.C.C.) Building Inspector certification by covering inspection protocols for residential and commercial structures. Students will study the International Residential Code (IRC) and International Building Code (IBC), focusing on site conditions, structural planning, and final inspections. (Starts Spring 2027)
