    Prerequisite: CONS 22 and CONS 24. (Formerly CONS 52B) (A, CSU) ~Students will learn basic construction management skills while taking on the role of lead carpenter during the Building Finishes of the construction program's structural project or related projects. Students will assess and solve a variety of construction-related problems while working with other construction classes. Topics will include scope of projects, safety, estimating, scheduling, cost control, and building code. (Starts Spring 2027)
