    Prerequisite: CONS 20 and CONS 21 or CONS 50A and CONS 50B. (Formerly CONS 51/52 and CONS 51) (A, CSU) ~Students are introduced to the requirements and techniques of framing a structure per the uniform building code. Hands-on structural construction of a building or dwelling, including layout and construction of wall framing, placement of roof trusses and construction of associated foundational framing. (Starts Spring 2027)
