- Familiarization with inspections of residential one and two-family dwellings and wood construction, in preparation for International Code Council (I.C.C.) Building Inspector certification. Students will be introduced to the International Residential Code (IRC). Topics include building planning, site conditions, construction, and building finalization. (A, CSU)
