- Students will learn administrative procedures in a medical office/healthcare setting including preparing correspondence, filing rules for medical charts, conducting basic office operations, telephone and email etiquette, banking procedures, creating meeting documents including an agenda and minutes, electronic health records, and legal, ethical and cultural issues when interacting with patients.
