- This is a law survey course with an emphasis on contract law. Other areas of law covered include civil procedure and ADR, constitutional law, administrative law, torts, criminal law and procedure, agency, labor and employment law, and international business law. A case study method is utilized along with a traditional lecture format. (A, CSU, UC)
