- Students will be introduced to Alternative Fueled Vehicles (AFVs). Various alternative fuels will be compared, such as Ethanol, Compressed Natural Gas (CNG), Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), and Clean Diesel. The theory of operation, system components, and safe handling of these fuels are included. (A)
