    Description
    This course provides peace officers with specialized training to effectively serve in K-12 and community college educational environments. Topics include the legal authority of school-based law enforcement, the history and evolution of campus policing, officer liability, student discipline procedures, and the unique roles and responsibilities of peace officers in academic settings. The course is designed to enhance the safety and well-being of school communities through informed and effective law enforcement practices.
