- This course is designed to teach the basics of search warrants. Students will be taken, step by step, through the fundamentals of search warrant writing. This includes search warrant case law, understanding when a warrant is appropriate, and creating an affiant statement. Multiple examples of warrants will be discussed throughout the class.
