- This course is designed for new or recently assigned investigators and provides an initial orientation to the criminal investigator on basic aspects and procedures. This active learning, scenario based course includes case management, note taking and report writing, crime scene, evidence, warrants, interview and interrogation, case presentation, and courtroom testimony.
