    Description
    This course is an introduction to diversity in American film with a focus on African American, Asian American, Latin American, Native American, LGBTQ+, and women and their contributions to the art of cinema. Issues of stereotypes, cultural narratives, and differences of class, gender, ethnicity, and identity will be explored.
