    Description
    school and concurrent enrollment in ESL Reading and Writing courses at the student's assessed levels are highly recommended. This is a course in listening comprehension and basic conversation for non-native English speakers at the novice level. Students will develop the skills required for basic communication, such as dates, time, weather, food, family etc. Students will learn the sounds of English and be introduced to the stress and intonation patterns of American English.
