Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThis course is an introduction to developmentally appropriate curriculum and environments for children birth through age eight. Students will use knowledge of children's development, theories of learning and development, and examples from various models of developmentally appropriate practice to plan environments and curriculum in all content areas to support children's development and learning integrated throughout indoor and outdoor settings. Prior to beginning lab placements, students will show proof of TB clearance and required immunizations. Fingerprinting clearance is required for some lab placements. Students must be able to dedicate at least 6.75 hours per week to be placed in a pre-approved site, subsequently completing a total of 108 hours per semester.Usually HeldTue 7:00pm–7:50pm, Tue 6:00pm–7:20pm
