The course addresses the role that race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, social class, culture and the role criminal justice professionals play in shaping these relationships. The course will explore new strategies, skills, tools, and cultural knowledge necessary for personnel engaged in all aspects of the criminal justice system.
