- A philosophical analysis and study of religious practices, beliefs, and rituals in the human community. This course will trace the origins, cosmology, sacred texts, and essential teachings of various world religions, as well as outline the present and historical practices of major religions, including Judaism, Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Confucianism, Taoism, Buddhism, Sikhism, and others.
