- This course is designed to provide students with further knowledge of the role of a Physical Therapist (PT)/Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in diverse healthcare settings. Students will gain knowledge and practical skills related to PT/PTAs' responsibilities, patient care techniques, and ethical considerations in different clinical environments, including acute care, outpatient clinics, skilled nursing facilities, and home healthcare.
