    Description
    This course focuses on a variety of individual and group activities performed on land such as plyometrics, medicine balls, hurdles, and cardiovascular equipment; student improvement of strength and stabilization through explosion and core training. Activities for injury treatment and prevention along with rehabilitation will be discussed in order to encompass the athletic training field.
