Students will utilize communication and field skills gained throughout the Prescribed Fire Fundamentals course series to instruct peers on completing site preparation, setting hose-lays and using pumps, communicating, applying fire with drip torches in various firing patterns, and implementing safe fire monitoring and mop-up. This course involves rigorous activity, including travel on steep and uneven ground and possible exposure to smoke.Usually HeldFri 12:00pm–2:50pm
