    Description
This is a practicum course for educators who work with migrant students, multilingual learners, and/or diverse learners. This course focuses on the application of Teaching Performance Expectations 5 (TPE 5): Assessing Student Learning. Participants will apply their knowledge of assessing student learning and demonstrate the use of assessment data to drive, plan, differentiate, and accommodate instruction to promote new learning. In this practicum, participants will examine the use of multiple measures to make an informed judgment about what a student knows and how this might inform curriculum and assessment development. This course includes work experience in the school/classroom environment. For information about applying to this program, interested participants should first visit https://www.bcoe.org/Services/Educator-Services/Future-Educator-Support/
