    This course provides an overview of the methods and principles around supervising and mentoring student teachers and volunteers in early child care and educational settings. Emphasis is on the role of experienced teachers who function as leaders and mentors while addressing the needs of the children, parents and other staff. This course meets requirements for Master Teacher level and above, on the Child Development Permit Matrix.
