It includes legal and ethical responsibilities, supervision techniques, professional development, reflective practices for diverse and inclusive early care and education programs, and practice necessary for working effectively within a children’s program in a supervisory capacity. Emphasis is on parent relations, staff relations, and leadership. Class meets state licensing administration requirements for a director, and meets 3 of the 6 unit administration requirement for the Site Supervisor Permit.Usually HeldWed 5:00pm–6:50pm
