    Description
    This course will focus on the management of foals, yearling horses, broodmares, and stallions. Emphasis is given to safe and practical behavioral handling techniques and current management practices for the health and care of the broodmare, as well as the management and handling of newborn foals, breeding and young horses. Students will advance in the topic areas and techniques introduced in AGEQ 215 and enhance their understanding and skill development.
