    Description
    This course covers horseshoeing principles and practices, including anatomy and physiology of the horse’s limbs and feet, horseshoeing terminology, and guidelines for assessing a proper horseshoeing job. Specific attention is given to causes, treatment and prevention of common lameness problems. Progression of student learning outcomes from course prerequisite AGEQ 123.
