    In this survey course, students will develop a basic understanding of the business and economics of the agricultural industry. This course introduces students to the economic aspects of agriculture and the implications for the agricultural producer, consumer and the overall food system. The course emphasizes the day-to-day management principles and decision making processes that are part of operating an agricultural enterprise.
