    Description
    Course is for all levels of law enforcement personnel. It is designed to familiarize students with Use of Force principles with relevant statutes and case law. The course integrates practical scenarios with these principles to allow the student to effectively analyze applicable Use of Force options on any level of confrontation. Emphasis also will be placed upon prevailing organizational polices as well as relevant statutes and case law as they apply to investigations and policy improvements for Use of Force issues.
