- This course provides an introduction to the translation and interpreting profession focusing on the theory, techniques, methods, and challenges associated with the field of translation and interpreting. The course also concentrates on helping students to acquire needed language skills such as technical terminology and modes of translation and interpreting as well as ethical principles and standards of practice in legal and healthcare settings.
