    Description
    This course is an introduction to Respiratory Care management and supervisorial skills as they relate to the bedside clinician in a hospital setting. The various roles of a leader will be examined and how their characteristics and capabilities apply to those of a Respiratory Care Manager. The topics within this course will include demonstration of leadership skills, the impact of policy on healthcare, business communication, healthcare informatics, healthy and positive departmental environments, team building and conflict resolution.
