    This course is a basic introductory course covering, in general terms, the total responsibilities of a supervisor in industry, such as organization, duties and responsibilities, human relations, grievances, training, rating, promotion, quality-quantity control, management-employee rela- tions, and related topics. The program is highly hands-on, promotes teamwork, and trains students with analytical, practical, and communication skills that paral- lel the industry environment, enabling them to think criti- cally and solve on-the-job problems.
