- This course presents an overview of leisure and its impact on both the individual and society. Topics include the meanings of leisure, the vastness of the ideas, and the benefits as well as the negative implications of leisure. Emphasis will be on the effect of leisure on the quality of life, the social significance, and the factors that influence individuals' leisure choices and the level of involvement in leisure activities.
