- This course focuses on the transitioning roles of the graduating Associate Degree nurse as a provider of care, a manager of care, and a member of the profession. Theoretical concepts include effective leadership styles, advanced therapeutic communication, priority setting, delegation and supervision, conflict resolution, and legal and ethical considerations.
