    This course covers the international legal environment in which firms operate through a comparative and analytical study in the areas of treaties and laws, EU, USMCA, international contracts, regulation of imports, exports and competition, government policies, enforcement of property rights and issues involving ethical responsibilities through case studies involving international organizations, governments and businesses.
