- This course complements E.S.L. 005A and E.S.L. 005C, providing intensive instruction in reading comprehension and vocabulary development at a high intermediate level. Emphasis is placed on identifying the stated and implied main ideas and supporting details of reading selections as well as transitions and patterns of organization. Students continue to develop their vocabulary.
