Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThis course develops knowledge and techniques for stu- dents to perform in college-based, professional dance companies and/or touring dance troupes. Students explore various dance genres which enhance their abili- ties to become well-rounded dance artists in and around our community. This course provides opportunities for participation in the American College Annual Dance Festi- val and the Los Angeles Community College Dance Com- petition/Invitational as part of the East Los Angeles Col- lege Dance Company, as well as opportunities for master classes, community outreach, performances and col- lege-sponsored events, and national and international tours.
