    Description
    This course introduces the student to conventional studies of folklore, with special emphasis on the Mexicano/ Chicano. The various folklore genres e.g. myths, legends, folk tales, folk medicine, folk speech, and related topics are introduced, evaluated, and analyzed in the context of historical and contemporary issues.
