    This course is designed to equip students with foundational skills essential for success in community health work. Geared toward individuals entering the workforce or transitioning into new roles, the curriculum covers key topics such as effective communication (verbal, written, and digital), time management, teamwork and collaboration, problem-solving and critical thinking, digital literacy and job searching skills, resume building, and basic workplace etiquette. Through interactive discussions, practical exercises, and real-world scenarios, students will develop confidence and competence in navigating professional settings. By the end of the course, participants will be able to apply these skills to enhance their employability, productivity, and interpersonal relationships in a variety of career contexts related to community health work.
