    This course introduces Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) operations, data acquisition, and data processing techniques. Topics include UAS safety procedures, air space restrictions, flight mission planning, and data processing. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and the requirements for obtaining UAS pilot certification are presented. The laboratory component of the course will offer students experience with UAS flight operations, data processing, and analysis.
